Yes, every floor has large kitchens with dining areas and multiple fridges, freezers, stoves and microwaves .
who is responsible for the cleaning?
Cleaning of kitchens, washrooms, showers, common areas and grabage disposal is done by the staff.
is there any girls only floor in the residence?
Yes, first floor is female only floor and remaining second and third floors are co-ed.
how is the security of the residence?
Residents are given two sets of pin codes for a street door and a lobby door besides the key of their room. And whole residence is monitored by CCTV cameras 24/7.

Its right on the bus stop and bus transit is only 30 meters away.
